100% Meunier and a beautiful example at that! Dense effervescence with ripe pear perfume and bright steely acid.

Disgorged May 2016, Dosage 4g/l, it's still extremely young, but the structure/phenolics are so appropriate for food, serve it in a Burgundy stem & let the bubbles dissipate because with time & air it really starts to shine...
