Le Castellet ‘Les Galets’ Bandol Rosé 2020: Light-bodied. Medium-acidity. Rich flavors. Deep salmon in color with strawberry & watermelon notes. Dry crisp finish. This was an elegant & harmonious blend of 52% Mourvèdre, 26% Cinsault & 22% Grenache leaving me wanting another sip every time I attempted to put the glass down.
