Light lemon in color.
Strong nose of citrus, lemons, red apples, melons, passion fruits, peaches, white flowers and white pepper.
Light to medium in body and crisp, with medium acidity and nice legs.
Dry on the palate with lemons, citrus, green apples, herbs, pears, butter, minerals, spices and black pepper.
Medium finish with almonds and limes.
This is a nice Pinot Grigio from Germany. Well balanced with mild complexity. Good by itself or with food. A good sipping wine and good for parties. Has a great nose.
I paired it with cheeses and light appetizers.
