Sa' Solin Valpolicella Ripasso Corvina Blend

Pleasant. Not fabulous but very far from poor

Full bodied, on the drier side of things, long finish, equal notes of berries and spice

Very smoky nose. Some ripe fruit, and overpowered my chicken parmigiana. Would probably be better with some grilled sausage. Any grilled meat, really.

Fruity but slightly bitter
