A blue fruited Cali— I mean, it’s really really blue fruited, blueberry & boysenberry. It’s all presented in a svelte, medium acidic, low ABV envelope, but I found it to be a bit dull after a while, not because I didn’t like the flavor but because it didn’t evolve at all.

Sipping Fine Wine

From organically farmed Bains Vineyard in Lodi AVA, vine age is approximately 40 years, 100% whole cluster, carbonic ferm in stainless, aged for 10 months in neutral French oak. Deep Ruby with funky nose. Wine has major flaw. Unfortunately I cannot get another to try. Pass on this one!

Great, very dry, almost smoky petit Syrah. Deep plum color.

Strong, heavy, slightly sweet berry flavor, complex enough to drink on its own but simple enough to pair with cheese without overpowering the food.
