These guys have been making Grappa since 1885 and that's what they do first and foremost. They use their decades old relationships to secure the best pulp and then age their spirit in oak barrels, which gives the golden tint to the coloring and adds a smoothness and a roundness that is unlike any Grappa I've ever had. Grappa is not by any stretch on my go to list for sipping spirits. But this makes a good case to be considered.
