Drinkable only if ice cold, to wash down Thai food. Funky over fruity. Impressed they can even grow vinifera in this beautiful friendly steam bath but better to stick to Singha.

Colombard - lots of lemon notes, lemon peel and grapefruit upfront finished with the meat of the lemon - nice acidity to balance it off
