Fruity nose of rotten citrus fruits, red apples, plastic and spices.
Full bodied and bold with medium minus acidity and fat legs. Buttery and creamy.
Off dry on the palate with apples, pears, guava, cream, spice and black pepper.
This Israeli Sémillon is simple, not very balanced and past its peak, but not offensive at all. Probably bad storage. Still drinkable by itself or with food.
I paired it with grilled fish and vegetables.
11% alcohol by volume.
