Don't generally like sake but this lacked viscosity and sweetness while having some bright green fruit and acid. Clear and crisp. One of the best I've had.

This is a special HOHAI. Provided only for the attendees of the town meeting of SAKE distributors. This is a challenging sake for the sake brewer. It felt apples taste, although this is Junmai.
