In our glass tonight. @mitchellawinery 2015 #sauvblanc from #PasoRobles. A wonderful small family owned winery that sits on top of HuerHuero Creek Bench. (Behind Robert Hall). Love the fact that it was an @eberleboar Cabernet that began this winery's passion for wine! Pours golden in color. ON THE NOSE: clean with medium intensity. Citrus perl, grapefruit and apricot. ON THE PALATE: dry, medium (+) acidity, medium alcohol, with medium body. Medium intensity flavors if Grapefruit and guava with a bit of toast flavors with a medium finish.
