Serbian Riesling from Miletic. The Impresija line. A true Rizling Rajnski. First wine from serbo-German wine exchange with Zoran.
Nose: lime, grapefruit, butter, buckwheat honey, white flowers, light smoke.
Med body, lively acidity. Grapefruit and orange juice, toasted sesame seeds, shiso leaves, nice mineral finish. Hint of oak?
I'd pair this with some white fish sashimi.
Zoran, great Riesling. Approved by my girlfriend.
