Lovely nose of bacon fat, white pepper, violets and a touch of creamy oak. Still good amount of black cherry, blackberry and cassis fruit. Mineral, iron and cracked pepper mingle with cassis and black cherry fruit tones. Good freshness from the acidity and mineral tones. Missing a touch of length and complexity. Seems fully ready to enjoy.
