This was the Elizabeth winemaker for 4H project. Bouquet of sour cherries. Upfront cherries, plums and other dark fruits. Complex layers. It was the decanting, aging and aeration but this was excellent.

Feb 24th, 2021Bouquet of dark cherries and plans. Translucent cherry color. Initial mild dark cherries then a mild black pepper on the roof of your mouth. Then a layer of soft berry tannins.
