I keep coming back to this one - cheap in magnum and a head above it's colleagues. A nice crisp light, almost green hue; cold-pressed lightly sour apple juice and hints of freshly whipped cream; clean and pure - it's slightly sweet which I really like in a prosecco (I still haven't had an extra dry one that I've found agreeable), backed up by reasonable acidity. A strange pairing with vegetarian fejitas but it worked well!
