Inky black that stains teeth and lips. Black fruit nose and huge tannins. Could use another 10-15 years to resolve. Hint of complexity behind tannins.

This wine blows my mind. I've never seen something so dark and inky in the glass. You expect something heavy and syrupy but what you get is totally balanced with remarkable acidity. Really excited to follow this wine over the next couple of years.
