Totally Pineapple!! Straw gold color. Aromas and flavors of pineapple (with some additional tropical fruit notes) as well as a pleasant leesy quality. Surprisingly dry with a consistent bead of small bubbles and a creamy mousse. Well balanced acidity and very refreshing. More than a “novelty act,” but never going to be mistaken for Champagne. Great on a hot summer day. Bring on the ham! Pleasant surprise!
