Well this is a total mind fuck. It smells like, well, delicious and ripe pineapples. Brut-ish level dryness and some cool savory inflections due to the methode traditional lees contact. Loved by porn stars the world over?

Totally Pineapple!! Straw gold color. Aromas and flavors of pineapple (with some additional tropical fruit notes) as well as a pleasant leesy quality. Surprisingly dry with a consistent bead of small bubbles and a creamy mousse. Well balanced acidity and very refreshing. More than a “novelty act,” but never going to be mistaken for Champagne. Great on a hot summer day. Bring on the ham! Pleasant surprise!
