2015 Columbia Valley Sauvignon Blanc does not disappoint. Found this gem at the back of the cellar. This wine has matured to show notes of cantaloupe, wet grass, candied lemon. A more medium body and mouthfeel is likely from the Stillwater Creek fruit, some of my favorite for Sauvignon Blancs out of Washington state. Great with a grilled pork chop or chicken piccata!
