@delectable this is matias i Torres viña de solera de listan blanco. Started in 2013. Added to every year until 2017. Raised under flor. It tastes very very sherry like. And I mean that in a good way. It’s got apricots, dried apricots, lemons and caramel apples on the nose. Good oily texture. Savory in the mouth with lots of umami. Good acid, lemony, citrusy acid. There is a definite place in my heart for this wine. Of wines of this type it’s probably the best I’ve had.
