Well, it's one of those memorable wine : silky, velvety tannins. Acidity and alcohol just at the right balance. Red fruits, pepper and violet all beautifully integrated.
Amazing for a 2009 cote-rotie !

Love these wine. Combination of rocky earth, smokey meat, lifted florals, and intense and pure black/blue fruit. So beautiful yet so impactful given the energy they have.

Definitely shows the vintage but by no means a bad wine. Linear and more focused version of Gangloff.
