Tasted this afternoon while making candles, body scrubs, salt soaks, and soap. Dark, rich spiced cranberry and raisin, baking spices, orange peel, black walnut. Medium-plus tannins with bright acidity. Anise and cherry cola. A leaner style Amarone but still a full-bodied wine. Yum!
