Enjoyed caprese salad and rosé for dinner tonight. The 2015 Rosa dei Masi from Masi Agricola paired wonderfully. Made from 100% Refosco, this wine is light and fresh with ripe cherry, raspberry and peach flavors. There’s a good kick of acidity that keeps everything bright from start to finish. A very refreshing wine that’s ideal for a summer day and a good choice with most food. (SRP $14.99)
