It's actually the Blanc! Best version ever.

Really good. Full bodied. Meursalt. Like Rombauer but not as buttery. Like it!

An absolute revelation. Structured, complex, marvelous. Hints of pepper from the Carignan Blanc accentuate the honied, flowery notes of Clairette in masterful fashion. This one has a lot going on and it is all amazing. I had it paired with sheep milk cheese from Corsica and goat milk cheese from Poitou. Extraordinary experience.

Jasmine and coconut on the nose. Terroir and perfume but not much fruit. Really really nice.

16+ good on a attack but a little weak on back palate and finish

16.5 - it is indeed the blanc, and it's drinking very well. 7 years on
