This as the label suggests is the 2013 Mas de Libian Cave Vinum White. This is a Southern Rhone blend of Roussane, Viognier and Clairette. Aromas of Citrus and Honey with Minerality. The palate is full bodied and unctuous showing notes of honey traces of salt and aniseed and finishes refreshingly bitter. An enjoyable white which can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif. Went well with Pate.

Awesome blend that wraps nice lovely floral viognier richness around the savory, nutty goodness of roussanne. Very tasty 🍋🌼🌰
