Funny that the local Berkshires seller thought it was “fruity”. I love this wine. I found it buoyant, yes some black currant s forward but , fine, grainy and cru Beaujolais worthy moderate tannins in the background. Lovely, delicious. 35% gamay/35 cot/30 Pinot Noir. Mary Taylor import

A tasty blend of gamay, cot, and Pinot noir. The fruit of the gamay is well balanced by the other two in a flavorful but slightly dry blend. We had it with spicy jerk chicken.

Very cherry nose, with a hint of tar. Loads of cherry on the palate. Mix of bright fruit notes, but also earthy, coffee notes. Low tannins and silky smooth. Nice solid earthiness. Good stuff!!
