Dark nose. Pepper, smoked meat, spicy oak, prune.
Ripe, dried fruit character: prune, strawberry, dried cherry with some spice and oak mid way. Tannins and acidity are soft and pleasant.
Ripe and slightly raisinated but still very drinkable given its ABV. Spice notes and well integrated oak lend nice complexity.
