Stoney floral nose. Syrupy tart pineapple, lime,lemon, pink grapefruit, grapefruit pit, Stoney chalky style minerality.

Zesty grapefruit, lime, ripe lemon, crisp acidity and medium minerality.

Big honey, rich body. Zesty lime, lemon and grapefruit. Medium minerality and chalky style finish.

Fruit is overripe and has a dirty flavor. Minerality is too strong and overpowers the fruit.

Funky, little short.

Still much too young.

White capsule

Green apple, lemon, lime, some smoke, lots of florals, and tons of minerality, particularly quartz and slate. Great structure with all that acidity balancing the sugar.
