Aromatic Christmas spices, dried dark roses, brandied cherries, ripe blackberries. Secondary notes of bittersweet root and bark, a touch of cacao. A great cold weather cozy sipper for fans of Amarone. Pair with blue cheese, bacon wrapped dates, or balsamic reduction anything.
