A great mixture of zippy acidity and black cherry fruit, with candy-like notes of licorice and red licorice, tea, prickly black pepper and exotic spice, and some wild grassy herbs. Funky and barnyardy on the nose. Light and easy drinking with very little bitterness or tannic influence while still having LOTS of individual character. Fun! Gets a bit sweeter after a two hour decant.
