Cuvée Petites Fleurs Gamay

Started out really reductive - came around mighty fine

Typical Gamay for me. Easy going strawberry compote with a metallic note. If served chilled, you can feel spirit / alcohol so I recommend drinking it at room temperature

After it breathes it really comes around.

This is my favorite kind of wine.

Food wine, excellent level of chewy funk.

Very pretty, cherries and raspberries, a little smoke and pepper, delicious.

Let breathe for an hour then swish hard

Nice and funky!
