Dec 19th, 2016Just a little bit spicy. Lighter on the tongue than a Cabernet (of course), but still full of big, dark fruit flavors. Not tannic at all. I'm drinking it without food and still really enjoying it.

Feb 5th, 20162011 vintage- a touch floral and holiday spice on the nose and just a little too much oak, but still very nice. Med-full bodied, med-tannin, med acid. Almost ruined by a tainted 1+1 cork. Saved by the disc that was touching the wine, as it was miraculously clean. Seems to be a pattern with technical corks.
