Tormentoso Bush Vine Coastal Pinotage

Nose is bacon, sweet tea, peppers, plum jam and blackberry. Taste is bold raspberry,and sweet tobacco, rustic veggies,sweet and sour sauce, jam. Balanced acidity with just a hint of ripe tannin that is greatly balanced.

Black cherries, plums and a bit of sweet fruit combined with rich soft tannins made this a group fave.

South African surf and turf.
Floral and purple fruit, interesting garrigue type angles.

This is not bad, or pretty good for a pinotage.

(**) ripe tannins makes this a grippy, earthy soup of plum and black cherry. Would pair nicely with green veggies.

Smooth, aromatic, fruity with notes of cherry, and stone fruit, dry oak finish, medium body, Ruby red color. Great wine.

A little more burnt thyme and spices than in the 2015 vintage.
