Tannic but with a myriad of flavours. Berries bith red and black with a prominent oak finish

Fantastic sparkling for any occasion especially Christmas time. Smooth with very clean finish. Nice fine bubbles.

Steve Peck-I haven't had a sparking Shiraz in years and was thrilled to share a glass with this producer and rediscover this incredibly fun and flavorful wine style. According to the Majella Winery owner, Brian Lynn, this is "the best way to start a party, and the second best way to end one". Go figure, he's Australian! Spicy Shiraz fruit, creamy palate

Makes a change to the normal fizz! Lovely colour and good, robust flavour.

First and certainly not my last sparkling Shiraz. Very nice.
