Maitre de Chais
Provins Valais Petite Arvine
Honey, baked pineapple, toffee apple, papaya & mango, elegant rather than opulent. Character in the mouth is rich, textured but still maintains freshness with grapefruit, pineapple and a touch of lemon pith. Great match with baked Mont d'Or, garlic & honey, oat cakes and sweet bell pepper

Feb 21st, 2016I believe I had this wine—certainly it was a petite arvine from Valais—with friends in Bern. Off my memory, I don’t have too many details, but it was flavorful and had lovely minerality.
