Produced by Arnoux & Fils winery which is built in 1717. 75% Grenache, 15% Syrah , 10% Mourvèdre, vintage 2010, obviously high acidity, and still remain strong but soft raspberry, plum and sweet liquorice. I think it's a nice wine for food pairings (dishes are flying around my eyes now )
