Very fruity and smooth; it us very fresh taste.
Definitely one of my most favorite sake brew! Very happy to drink this one withgeneral Japenese food, not only sushi/sashimi, but other different dishes as well.
By the way, this brew is with "Miyama Nishiki", not Yamada Nishiki.
