A bit of green apple, vanilla, white flowers. Decent yeast and mild acidity. Pleasant.

2018 Fall dinner for the Confrerie St Etienne.

I love this producer’s Rosé sparkler for the price, and while this was good, it was just that and nothing more. Nothing about it made me want to keep revisiting, but nothing was off putting. Clean, slate driven, very little yeast. Limestone and Apple.

What a gorgeous little taste, yeasty, crystal clear. Eye opening at about 17$. Accented an asian style cold mussel salad

Perfect balance of sweet berry fruit, tart acids, and dry minerality. My new go-to for foreign reasonably-priced bubbles.

First wine to celebrate beginning of class. Quite good, tad bit on the sweet side. Was surprised by the good price/value.
