Luciano Sandrone
Dolcetto d'Alba
deep, concentrated aromas of black berry, fig, hint of persimmon and date, hint of tabacco on the nose. med plus body, med plus acid, med plus intensity, fat texture comes with refreshing acidity. concentrated fruit and texture, bodied dolcetto that can paired with savory food...dried salumi, indian curry can be good with this wine. drunk with camagnola wheat pizza(mozz, tmt, prosciutto, asparagi, mushroom, sausage)moderate finish with savory notes...such as dried salumi.

Jan 28th, 2015Really lovely. Light but with a good amount of character and depth that it makes interesting.
