Tannic, blackberries, black cherry, black pepper. It bites! Long finish, leathery, tobacco. Meaty taste. It's a savory wine, even though it's a desert wine it could easily be eaten with red meat. Perfect to use for sangria. 100% Syrah. I really like this! Eat with some chocolate covered cherries!!
