NV Lotte Chilsung Beverage Co. Ltd. Special Reserve Seoljoongmae Korea Green Plum Liqueur. Green plums, sweet lime, fragrant white blossoms. Light residual sugar, low alcohol, medium acid. This product comes with three green plums macerating in the bottle. A perfect beverage to go with traditional Korean cooking. We had this drink with Dolsot Bibimbap mixed with Fried Egg, Seafood, and Gochujang (spicy red pepper sauce), along with a box of spicy squid, pickled cabbage, kimchi, and garlic spinach. Dinner at Gaonnuri NYC.
