Very nice. Definitely gets a lot better with air and time. Gains complexity and spice.

Excited to try out the new decanter.

Pressed blackberries. A garden of berries and herbs. Mint. Sweet, luscious Spring grass.

Very Rhône-y. The essence of it at least. Like a blackberry lemonade, it’s juiced up. Unfortunately, not too much complexity or structure to hold up towards the end.

Tannic with bright acidity. Nice marmalade finish with a currant spice kick.
