May 8th, 2018Much better on the empty-stomach palette. The notes on this wine that came with the glass are, "Lemon and Sea Brine. Bright aromas are Meyer lemon zest, Bartlett pear, nectarine, fresh dough and sea brine lead to a crisp, citrusy palate of lemon, white grapefruit, and minerals in this refreshing white from the south of France." I guess I wanted a refreshing glass.
