First scent was fresh and juicy as lychee, lemon, muscat, apple, pear, grapefruit, and pineapple. Then sweet nuance of honey and flower came and make it deeper. Finally the note turned to be complex and fascinating By hint of barrel like Rum, nuts, brandy and olive olive oil.
Smooth and clear sweetness and brilliant acidity with good minerals. It hadibrant and healthy body.

Good, easy drinking, natural white. Tasted blind and didn't really get any distinct varietal character to work with. Opinions ranged from Muscadet to Loire Chenin and even Alsace.

Beautiful wine. Elegant reduction. Well balanced. Fresh. Bright. Nice acidity. Paired well with local red rock fish and salad of fennel snap peas runner beans.
