We enjoyed this wine with dinner on Montmartre. I paired it with an eggy lentil dish and a roast leg of lamb. Of course plenty of frites and charcuterie were also part of an extended sit-down meal. This wine had a very smooth character and was very pleasant over the evening. Nothing too complex or powerful here but very nice.
