Yemanueva De Pie Franco Airen

Mineral, anise. Spain.

Really refreshing and lovely glass of Airen. A bit zesty yet rounds out nicely in the mouth. Great for an easy summer meal, could see this pairing nicely with a light lemon pasta or salad with heritage tomatoes and cheese.

Not bad; dry, a little zest in the middle, but rather underwhelming end.

Mineral, very light body, much like water, refreshing
