2010 - A beauty in biodynamic farming, a dry Chenin with a pointing acidity, well balanced, very refined, with a touch of salinity like, a wonderful wine :) One of my favorite Loire producer ! 😃

Straw yellow, water rim. Lime peel, lemon peel, melon, smoke on the nose. Thyme on the nose. Melon, lychee, underripe mango on the palate. Very well put together and bright. Served with what may have been the best scallops dish I have ever had in my life.
