Never had a vacqueyras. I picked up the aging with the rim variation. Red fruits fresh flowers subtle earth components. Very pleasant wine, and I would say versatile. Nice to sip alone. Careful with foods in pairing, has med acid. Nice for a red. My first, and I'd love to try more.
