Really solid Prosecco, it actually showed some toast/brioche notes to start and evolved a little in the glass from green apple to Meyer lemon. Nice and dry too, especially compared to other Prosecco’s at a similar price point.

Perfect summer afternoon sipper.

Nice tiny bubbles throughout the bottle. Crisp, clean and well balanced.
