We had it slightly chilled to start and as it warmed up a lot of the flavours were released making each taste even more enjoyable. While it can take being chilled we enjoyed it most once it had warmed up slightly. It is soft, well balanced while having complex flavours although a relatively short finish. As the sommelier said, think of it as the Pinot of Portugal.
