Interesting vintage. I think I like 2020 better. This one is heavy on the sediment. It's also very lacto-ey. I get notes of yogurt, of grape and some carbonic-like mouthfeel. Interesting.

Crisp, and would have been refreshing if we drank it on a hot Summer afternoon. Floral on the nose, but no discernible notes on the tongue stuck around. Could just have been too cold.
